After quite a few debates for the last 18 or so hours, we can finally announce that it’s official; There will be an Ocarina of Time remake for the 3DS. To the right, you’ll see the final image which we’ve uncovered (though none of these pics are really “special secrets” anymore). However, we must let some of the hopes dwindle a bit; It’s not confirmed that it will be the full version of “Ocarina of Time”. Nintendo is still playing around with it, and using it to test the functionality of the system.
According to Kotaku, Ocarina of Time 3D is “like a few other 3DS titles shown off so far is merely a tech demo for the new hardware”. However, it sound like the head honchos at the big “N” are so desiring to have this full game on the NIntendo 3DS, so maybe it will come true. You can view the official news on Nintendo’s E3 site.
