Hello, Zelda in my Pocket fans! This is just a brief update to let you know that we’re planning on releasing some new content come this New Year!

At this point, all of the staff past staff members have dispersed, and no word has been heard even though attempt at contact has been made. As of now, it will probably just be “me” handling some of the work, but once that’s been finished, I plan on selling this website. As you may know, there’s a lot of content which has been never been published, and I’m working on getting some of that up, and cleaning up the design/layout. As such, we will not be accepting any applications at this time. (As if we’ve had any requests during our hiatus.)

The website will probably be auctioned off, and I plan to start the bidding at $2,000 USD. The sale of Zelda in my Pocket will only be made to those planning on continuing the theme, and who have a genuine interest in the Legend of Zelda handheld series. If you’re interested in buying, please contact me by writing to maktesh[at]hotmail.com.

We’re also discontinuing all of our affiliations at this time (besides Kirameki), and want to inform all of our affiliates that they no longer need to be linking to us.

Finally, the Kakashi project is 100% dead. All of the files will be given to the buyer of ZimP, or sold to anyone who makes an acceptable offer. (Try ~$50)

Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to both exiting ZimP’s hiatus and passing on the torch.

Legend of Zelda EasterHello, everyone. I, Maktesh, just wanted to leave a quick post and assure you that we are still here (albeit gone for nearly four months). We’re currently working on updating this website, and will be moving forward early this summer. I hesitate to use the term “relaunch”, but that’s essentially what will be happening. At this point, most of the site staff members have departed, not just this website, but the Zelda community in general. People grow and/or get too busy. It happens. Regardless, we’ll be doing some slight redesign work, finishing up our content (mostly with a media focus), and talk about collecting more staff members in the near future.

On the topic of staff, I apologize to all who have applied for a position over the last few months. Although we responded personally with this, we want to let everyone know that it’s nothing personal, and at this point, has nothing to do with any sort of skill level (or lack thereof). We’re simply on hiatus, and are not taking any applications.

Also, I want personally apologize to our affiliates. We have not been active, and have been removed from many of their lists. We will attempt to rebuild a friendship with you when we are able to make this site self-sufficient. On that topic, this site is actually doing very well. We’ve only slightly dropped in viewership over the last few months, meaning that you all appreciate our content enough to keep coming back, even when there’s nothing new. Thank you all!

On a final note, the remaining staff at Zelda in my Pocket (I’ll be blunt; There really may only be two or three of us at this point) would like to wish you a happy Easter Sunday. At Zelda in my Pocket, we will recognize this holiday due to it’s special importance of celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Hey, everyone! Just wanted to inform you that we’ve lassoed ourselves another affiliate. This one goes by the name… Legend of Zelda. Yes that’s right. The fansite that’s located right where Nintendo has always wanted their domain. Be sure to drop on in and say “hi”.

In other news, you’ll see that we have a new button on our right sidebar. If you click on it, you’ll be taken to our Twitter page, where you can follow us and receive tweets about the news and going-ons of Zelda in my Pocket! Be sure to do so today if you haven’t already.

Finally, we just want to post a little note that you’ll being seeing some more stuff for Kakashi: The Search for Tingle soon. Maybe there will even be a demo release in the foreseeable future. 😉

Hello, everyone!

Just a quick update to inform you of several things. First off, we have a new Tier Two affiliate, known as Ninten* (yes, it’s hard to pronounce with the asterisk). Although currently hosted on a Freewebs site, Ninten* is packed with all sorts of content, as well as speedy news updates. If my guess is correct, this site will be going places.

Also, on top of that, we’re having ground-breaking site visits! Yesterday, we had around 115 individual visitors find us, and hopefully, more will come soon. Thanks to all of our users for spreading the word around the community.

Next up, I am pleased to inform you all that we’ve started work on our Minish Cap section, and will hopefully be launching it within the next few days. Also, we’ve added a small amount to our Color Changing Tingle’s Love Balloon Trip guide, most notably in the Page 5 segment. And finally, I completed the Balloon Trip mode in Tingle’s Balloon Fight, and will be updating that page’s information shorty.

Thanks again for being active members of the site!

Well, well. It appears as though we have a new affiliate, which just so happens to be Zelda Temple! You all know what to do; give them a warm welcome, and thank them for being a part of our project!

In other news, we’ve had a few more staff applications over here, which are currently being reviewed. If you’re one of those who’s applied, just be patient while we review!

Also, now that Spring Break’s over for most of our staffers, work should once again pick up, and you can expect some new content coming over your way!

G’day, all!
