The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Info Box

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords is a mini-game that came packaged with the re-release of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for the GameBoy Advance. In order to play the game, more than one player was needed, which in turn required a minimum of two Gameboy Advances, two copies of Four Swords and one link cable. All of the hardware required to play the game created a problem for many gamers who were either unable to afford the equipment or find a friend to play with, leading to the game’s relative unpopularity. The game included an interesting feature, though; when the player completed certain section of either Four Swords or A Link to the Past, an event in the other game would become available.
